At SONVINUM tradition and the future grow side by side. Classic grape varieties are gradually giving way to fungus-resistant PIWI varieties, which require significantly less plant protection. Grapes like Souvignier Gris, Solaris, Regent, Cabernet Cortis, and other PIWI cultivars mark a new era of sustainable viticulture.
